SofiaDateCam Terms of Service
What follows is the deal between you and the people behind SofiaDateCam. By opening the site or using any part of it, whether as a guest or with an account, you accept them. They are written to be read, so please do read them, and email [email protected] if something is unclear.

You must be at least eighteen years old, and old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live. You must not use the site if you have been removed from it before, or if using it would break the law where you are.
SofiaDateCam is a video chat service for meeting people on live camera. It is not a dating agency, matchmaking service or introduction bureau, and we do not promise that you will meet any particular person, form a relationship or meet anyone in person.
You may use parts of the site as a guest. Some features, such as clubs and a saved follow list, need a free account. If you create one, the information you give must be accurate and the account is for you alone. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep access to it to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used it.
We may change, limit or remove features, including what guests can do, as the service develops.
The point of SofiaDateCam is friendly conversation, and these rules protect it. They apply in random matches, private calls, messages, live stream comments and clubs.
You keep ownership of what you post, such as profile photos, messages and club posts. You give us permission to host, display and transmit it as needed to run the service, for example to show your profile photo to people you chat with. You are responsible for having the right to share it.
Other people can see and hear you on camera. Do not share anything you would not want a stranger to see, and remember that we cannot control what other users do on their own devices.
SofiaDateCam is free to start. New users receive some free matches, and the Reward Center offers more for time spent online. Beyond that, matches and some features use coins, which you buy inside the site. VIP is an optional paid membership with extra features. Gifts in live streams are paid with coins.
Coins are a licence to use features on the site, not money. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged outside SofiaDateCam and may be lost if your account is closed for breaking these terms. You see the price of every package before paying. Purchases are handled by payment providers, and any rights you have under consumer law where you live are not affected by these terms.
Every stream on SofiaDateCam belongs to a girl on the site. Users can watch, comment, send gifts and ask for private calls, but cannot start streams of their own. Comments must follow the same rules as everything else.
Clubs are created and run by members. Creating a club needs an account, and new clubs are reviewed before they open. Club owners can set additional house rules and manage who joins, within these terms. We may close any club that breaks the rules.
Use the report and block tools in chats and on profiles if someone breaks the rules. We may review reports and take action, which can include warnings, removing content, limiting features, or suspending or closing accounts, with or without notice where the situation calls for it. You may close your account at any time by emailing us.
We work to keep SofiaDateCam running smoothly and pleasantly, but we provide it as it is and as available. We cannot promise it will always be online or free of errors, and we are not responsible for the conduct of other users, on or off the site. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Where your local law does not allow a limit like this, the limit simply does not apply to you.
As SofiaDateCam grows, these terms will sometimes need edits. When that happens, we will change the date at the top, and for significant changes we will tell account holders where we reasonably can. If you keep using the site after an update, the new terms apply. If you do not agree with them, stop using the site and close your account.
