SofiaDateCam is a video chat site for meeting women on live camera. This policy explains, in plain words, what information the site handles at each stage of using it, what we do with it and what you can ask us to change. We use your information to run the service: to connect you with people, keep chats working, take payments and deal with rule breakers. Selling personal information is not part of our business, and we do not do it. You can browse and start as a guest without giving us your name, email address or phone number, and you can ask us to delete your account and the data tied to it at any time.

When you open SofiaDateCam without an account, the site still needs a little information to work. Your browser tells us technical things such as its type, your device type, your language setting and an IP address, from which a rough location like a country can be worked out. The site also stores a guest identifier in your browser so that it can recognize the same visitor between pages and keep features such as free matches working.
If you start a video match, your camera and microphone stream goes to the woman you are matched with so that the two of you can see and hear each other. Your browser asks for permission first, and you can withdraw it whenever you like in the browser settings.
An account lets you keep a follow list, join clubs and pick up where you left off on another device. To set one up we store the details you give us at sign-up, a display name, and any profile photo or description you choose to add. You decide how much to put in your profile; none of it needs to include your surname, address or workplace.
With an account we also keep the things that make the features work: who you follow, who follows you, your message threads, your coin balance and your settings. Messages you send are delivered to the person you sent them to and stored so the conversation is still there next time you open it. Text messages may be passed through an automatic translation step when you or the other person uses translation.
Payments are handled by payment providers. We receive confirmation of the purchase, what was bought, the amount, the date and a reference we can use to look it up. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
We use purchase records to add coins or VIP to your account, to answer questions about a payment and to meet accounting and legal obligations. Coins you spend on matches, calls or gifts in live streams are recorded against your account so your balance stays correct.
When you watch a live stream, the girl running it and other viewers can see the comments you post and the gifts you send, together with your display name. Users cannot start streams of their own, so your camera is never shown in a stream. If you ask for a private call from inside a stream, that call is a normal 1v1 between the two of you.
Clubs are group chats. What you post in a club, including text, photos and short videos, can be seen by the club's members. Club owners can manage membership, and every club follows house rules such as no screenshots and no sharing of outside contact details.
The people you talk to see what you show them on camera and what you write. Beyond that, we share information only with service providers who help us run the site, such as hosting, payment, translation and analytics providers, and only what they need to do that job. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect someone from harm, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business, in which case this policy would continue to apply.
We keep account information for as long as your account is open. Once you delete your account, we remove or anonymize the personal information tied to it within a reasonable period, except for things we must keep longer, such as payment records for tax purposes or details of serious rule breaking that we need to prevent the same person from returning.
You can change your profile and settings inside the site, turn off camera or microphone access in your browser, block anyone and leave any chat. You can also email us to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete your account. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, and you can complain to your local data protection authority if you think we have handled your information badly.

The site uses cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your guest session and settings, and measure how the site is used. You can clear or block them in your browser, but parts of the site, such as staying logged in, may stop working properly if you do. The What we collect page lists the main items one by one.
Nobody under eighteen may use SofiaDateCam. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger, and if we learn that we have, we close the account and delete the information.
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top and, where it makes sense, let account holders know. Continuing to use the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
